Matrix Repatterning
Watch more to learn about Matrix Repatterning with Dr. Roth!
Matrix Repatterning (as developed by Dr. George B. Roth) is a gentle manual therapy approach that evaluates and treats the body as a continuous structural network known as the “tensegrity matrix.” It focuses on identifying and releasing primary restrictions—deep areas of tension within the body’s structural tissues that can form after injury and disrupt normal function. By addressing these underlying restrictions using precise, light manual techniques, Matrix Repatterning aims to restore balance, reduce compensatory strain patterns, and support improved movement, comfort, and overall structural function. Patients typically can typically see an improvement of symptoms and pain within 8-12 sessions.
